The lady asked for my ID and then found my package and verified the tracking number. I signed for it and that was it.I will be using this service again in the future.”

“A very busy Post Office. The population has outgrown this Branch. During the Christmas season the wait times are very long. Often, it's easier to drive over to the Wellton P.O. during the Holidays. But the USPS has been pretty efficient in my experiences with only a couple lost/damaged items which were due to poor packaging. I've shipped hundreds of sale items over the years with a 100% successful delivery rate.”

“Don't go by the appointment time. I had a 10 am appointment and got there before they opened at 8am and was the first truck and checked in got a door immediately and it took 45 minutes to get loaded and get a call for paperwork. But I hate dirt parking lots thats why I didn't give it 5 stars. We have food grade trailers and dusty dirt is flying in them when we're backing into a door.”

“It's the post office. They do what they are supposed to/ expected to, and usually pretty well. There did use to be a lady here that was super deliberate and slow, but she retired years ago. My encounters eith the current staff have always been good, often someone steps up to handle the simple tasks and speeds up the line. They have done a good job with that over the last several years - improve the customer experience. I fo remember back in the day when it wasn't quite like that. Thunbs up!”
