“I had horrible experience at the boost next to On Fourth and came to this location just for advice on how to fix my issue since the employee at the other location was refusing to help and customer service was telling me I had to get it fixed in store. Dafne was working and she was amazing! She apologized for how I was treated by the other location and tried so hard to fix my problem, even though she nor this store were the ones who messed up. She even called her manager at home to help and he was extremely helpful as well, even though it was his day off. She actually got half the problem fixed and the other half has been escalated through customer service and I expect to be resolved soon. I will continue to come to this location for anything I may need in the future.”

“I did not appreciate the two girls behind the counter having a full conversation in Spanish the whole time they were assisting me. Another English-speaking customer came in to pay her bill and the girl greeted her in English and went right back to her conversation in Spanish. I dod not feel like I was in a Metro store but rather a nail salon. I will not go back to this store.”
