The employees are great, offering excellent customer service and are incredibly helpful with phones, internet, and complex plan issues. Customers report superb deals and amazing promotions, walking out with new phones and plans for less money. The internet service works perfectly and is highly recommended. While the service is a joy, the store itself can feel very hot inside. The location is recommended for help upgrading phones and plans, shopping for accessories, and utilizing the latest promotions.
