“I had horrible experience at the boost next to On Fourth and came to this location just for advice on how to fix my issue since the employee at the other location was refusing to help and customer service was telling me I had to get it fixed in store. Dafne was working and she was amazing! She apologized for how I was treated by the other location and tried so hard to fix my problem, even though she nor this store were the ones who messed up. She even called her manager at home to help and he was extremely helpful as well, even though it was his day off. She actually got half the problem fixed and the other half has been escalated through customer service and I expect to be resolved soon. I will continue to come to this location for anything I may need in the future.”

Another English-speaking customer came in to pay her bill and the girl greeted her in English and went right back to her conversation in Spanish. I originally went to Sepctrum to buy a new smart phone . I am not the best on computers and asked if they could do the information tranafer/set up with the new phone for me. I was told no--- only M-F when a manager or assistant mgr is on duty. Questioning a little further I learned that it takes up too much of the sales person's time. I suggested maybe I should switch to Verizon. To my surprise the sales clerk agreed and said there is one nearby.
It should be noted that there were several sales clerks on the floor and no customers. So apparently the Spectrum clerk wasn't interested in a sale. I went to Verizon, across the street near Best Buy. There, Carolina was very helpful. I asked upfront about helping with the info transfer. Yes, she said. And I have a watch to pair-- sure she said. And my headphones-- yes, again. Then I asked if there was a chance she could help me pair with my car too. Yes. What a different experience than Spectrum!!!
I knew what phone I wanted. She did a lot of research to determine to options and best way for me to purchase it.
I left with a new $1220 phone and she added the Verizon app and set up that account too!!!
This is the absolute best experience I've had with a major purchase in a very long time. Thank you Carolina ( with the black hair). I am telling everyone about my experience and recommending you. I hope your manager sees this review---- Verizon- you have a fabulous employee in Carolina!!”

Their website doesn't do them any favors. If you want just Internet to it's not the $30/mo that the website offers. That's only on bundled services.
But at even $60 it's much less than out on the road Internet.”
“iNerd worked on cellphones for my family two times. On both occasions they have been very courteous, transparent on the process, and more than fair in their dealings with us. The first repair they were able to do at a very reasonable price and speed. The second, after their free diagnostic, they recommended replacing the phone rather than pushing a repair that would be more costly than it was worth. I very much appreciate their honesty and how easy they are to work with. I highly recommend them and definitely will use them in the future if and when the need arises.”
