“My husband was in need of some ARP Lube to install the heads on his 2005 Ford Excursion in November 2020. We couldn't find it available anywhere local and there was a 3 day delivery to order it. I called Tam to see if he had any to sell and he said if we could pick it up he would give it to us. He has no idea how much that helped us as we were on a tight schedule. Good guys still exist out there. Tam is definitely one of the good ones.”

“Thank you to the lady who answered the phone! And thank you to Jesse for picking me up from the 40E! I was passing through town and got a flat tire. Being from California, whenever anyone has a flat on the freeway, there's automatic service that shows up immediately. As I was new to town, I wasn't sure what to do so I yelped the nearest town service. The woman on the phone talked me through the process and had Jesse come to pick me up, drop me off at the tire shop and I was on my way eastbound in a few hours!I'm grateful for their help and for their hospitality. “I can't say enough about the "over the top" service we received at Crabtree. Our fifth wheel trailer almost lost a wheel when the bearings burned up on a Sunday night. Crabtree was the only shop in the area that would help us. They jumped on it first thing the next day and had us back on the road that afternoon with new bearings on all 4 wheels and a tremendous amount of "piece of mind". Michael at the service desk was extremely helpful and treated us like family. Larry, the repair technician, possessed a wealth of knowledge and provided us with a comprehensive repair that was fairly priced. It's nice to know there are reputable businesses like Crabtree in the world today.”
