“Tim was great. Prompt response from beginning to end. Very fair during the negotiations. He found me a truck at a different dealer that was exactly what i wanted. It was the cleanest used truck i have ever seen. It also had 54 pages of maintenance records. I had a check engine light come on a week after I bought it. Another dealer was able to use my red oval warranty to get my truck back on the road for free and in less than 5 hours. I am very pleased with this dealer, the salesman, the truck, and peterbilt. My truck already needs a bath and there is no way it will ever be as clean as the day i bought it.”
“Tim's did a fantastic job of repairing damage to my husband's 19 year-old Honda Fit. Tim was concerned about doing a proper repair to the overall car and taking care of our needs (I had just had ankle surgery), and handled the interactions with the other driver's insurance company much better than I could have done. The repair work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and we were kept in the loop at every stage. If I ever need body work done to another vehicle, I will absolutely take it to Tim's.”

“High-tech refrigeration the best of the best very hard-working team the owner Mike goes above and beyond for his customers. I just want to say I went to high-tech refrigeration Saturday for the first time I had a major hole in the front of my trailer. All my lights on the drive van trailer were completely pinched not working and I was loading Mike and his team made sure that I made my delivery on time not only did they rent me another drive van trailer they also unloaded my damaged trailer and loaded the rented trailer and while I made my delivery Mike make sure my trailer was patched up and the lights were working to get me back on the road and back home. I personally have to say based on my experience in what I saw they do not shy away from work, they will go above and beyond for their customers they did not say no to me for anything I had called numerous roadside service and other shops. Everybody had an excuse about fixing my trailer everybody just had obstacles high-tech refrigeration. Didn’t they made it happen thank you guys. I will definitely be using you guys in the future.”

“Cannot praise this team enough for the work they did on my engine. Showed up with one of the crustiest motors I'm sure they've ever seen. Not only did they embrace the challenge with open arms, Santanna and her team gave me a tour of the facility and answered all of my questions about the rebuilding process. I'm grateful for not only the time they gave me while I was at the shop, but also the questions that Santanna answered throughout the whole process - even after I had picked up the engine and was assembling the top end. She continued to follow up in the weeks and months after I had picked the motor up, which really shows how genuine of a person she is. “We were on vacation heading to Denver when something on the highway cut a line on the transmission and it drained all over the place. We got a tow and the line was replaced after a few days wait in Kansas. I didn’t trust the transmission completely at that point. You really can’t a lot of the time when something like that happens, so we immediately headed back home to Mississippi. We made it to Van Buren, Arkansas, limping I might add. It failed completely on the off ramp to Van Buren so we called a tow truck. Fortunately the driver recommended Turner Brothers Transmission ,and after dropping us off at the motel with our dog he took the truck over to them. We rented a car at the airport and waited for what I expected to be the bad news. It needed a complete rebuild. The cost was minimal and the work was excellent. It took me a few weeks to write this down because we were heading into an election here. Those seldom work out exactly the way you want. So I’ve been driving a fair amount and the truck has never worked so smoothly!Turner Brothers came highly recommended, and for good reason. They’re epic. The price, the work and the communication were excellent. I highly recommend them as well!”
“Had a new engine put in from a shop in Winslow. Had problems from day one but they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Took it to several other shops and they wanted to put a new transmission in. Took it to Robert's in Mountainburg. Young man listened to my jeep and told me what he thought it might be and referred me to Bill's Transmission. I am from Indiana visiting. I took it to Bill's and explained the problem. I left it with them. They kept me informed on progress. It took a while but these guys worked until they found the problem. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Very reasonable on price.
