“Tyler at the Van Buren Arkansas store has been so helpful. He’s actually assisted me for several things over the years but today he took the time not to just sell me a phone, but also work with me on my plan and get me the best deal for my budget and my family!
Honestly- he’s the best and Verizon is sure lucky to have him as he has kept me a customer.”
“Heather was a big help. I accidentally left my ID there and she went out of her way to contact me after store hours and hold onto it until i could make my way back over. Although they had some slight technical dificultues, she was quick to help me with my online pickup order”

“Logan at this location in phenomenal. I personally have not used this store in a couple years just due to the fact I have always had issues with my bill amongst many other things every time I needed something done. I ended up having to go due to the weather the past week, and I am so glad I did. Fantastic service, you could tell he cared and also had good knowledge pertaining to what I needed done. Very much satisfied and very happy I can trust going to this location again!”
