He helped me get a new phone when the sales systems had been down for 2 hours (yes, I waited)!! He is patient and very attentive, a great listener. I ended up having to go due to the weather the past week, and I am so glad I did. Fantastic service, you could tell he cared and also had good knowledge pertaining to what I needed done.
