“Made a pit stop here and found that this place is a local favorite. Spoke with a few people about the area while enjoying a cool drink and looking at all the neat stuff they have for sale. Although I didn't need gas, it still was a great time spent learning about the area and meeting people. The staff were friendly and helpful as were the other locals I spoke with, and I almost forgot that I needed to head on down the road. If you're heading toward Alpena, stop by and get what you need, stretch your legs, get a cool drink and visit! The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
