“If I could give them 10 stars I would. I broke down on the Guerdon exit on an extremely hot day. I was already exhausted when I broke down. I looked at reviews and saw Phil's place. I made one call and knew I'd chosen well. They assured me that they could get me towed in and repair my car with no problem! I arrived at the shop at 4:30. They diagnosed and had the parts brought over in 20 minutes! In another 20 minutes they had put the part on and had me rocking and rolling! A good price too. This tired old lady will ever be grateful for their kindness, expertise and help!”

“Any and all tire business, I take here. Brought set of tires, he put them on the ones on the truck quite fast. When I had a screw in one, the fix was fast and quite affordable, I was surprised. It's held for months now, solid. Man knows his trade. I won't be going anywhere else for tire work.”
“I had an engine light come on and I checked the oil. It needed some so I drove to thi minutes lube and they put the oil in the car 2 quarts. Aired up my tires and cleaned my window all for just 19.00 it was amazing. I was far far from home and at a loss. I appreciated the hospitality.”

“I stopped by because of a misfire, (Elantra 2017) Luckily I had the part I needed with me. Chad drop what was in he’s hands and started working on my vehicle. In 5 minutes I was on the road again. he didn’t even charge me. Instead he politely asked me to just leave a review. I actually owe you this review for a while now my apologies.”
“I had an incident where a trailer up ahead of me blew out a trailer tire. The gator skin flew out into traffic hitting a car and then bounced off and underneath my car. There was no avoiding it. As soon as it happened I pulled over and pulled the piece of tire out from under my car. It had busted all the clips the connect the splash guard to the heat shield and the heat shield was pulled down. I tucked it back under the rubber splash guard but I knew it would be a problem when I still had 1k more miles to go! I called every repair shop etc. listed. One really nice guy by the pilot off exit 78 told me to go to the Walmart tire center. Terrell was so nice and all the mechanics listened and went above and beyond!! They got me fixed up and now I’m about to start rolling again! I’m a truck driver headed to my new terminal in Virginia, and beforehand I’m visiting my daughter who lives out there. I want to note…. When I was pulled over hardly any trucks or cars got into the left lane. It seriously pissed me off because one of the rules of safety is if you see a disabled vehicle on the side of the road, GTF OVER!!! There was plenty of opportunities for them to do so and they chose not to! As a trucker we have that drilled into our heads constantly and to see them not doing it showed me that there are a lot of “Steering Wheel Holders” out on the roads. Thank you again to all the Walmart mechanics who showed me compassion and empathy. You don’t realize how much you helped me.”

“Traveling I-30 from Missouri in 42 ft motorhome and our drivers side windshield popped out on left side. Called them at 4:30 pm (they close at 5) the owner and worker ( sorry, I didn’t get their name) came to us and worked 2+ hrs to get back in. The best Customer Service!! Thank you both!
