Scheduling my appointment was easy, and I received a reminder call before my drop-off date (that was not a robot). They worked great with my insurance company and kept me updated along the way. When a part was delayed and placed on back order, they immediately called to let me know and worked hard to locate one as quickly as possible. They actually found the part much sooner than expected.
Their communication, honesty, and dedication to their customers really stood out. I will absolutely be recommending Gordy’s Collision Repair to anyone who needs body work done.”
