I have a spotty driving record and they were able to locate me coverage rather quickly for a reasonable amount.I give them 4/5 because I had called before I got there and asked them if they took debit cards, as i was trying to create a policy, and so I'd know if I needed to stop at a bank. The employee said yes.So I show up on my lunch break to start a policy to find out that the startup down payment is cash, monthly payments are able to be paid via debit.I had to leave there go to a bank and come back to finish the sign up process. This made me a little late back from lunch.Other than this, the place has been great!”
“I have only good things to say about my experience with this State Farm agency and more specifically, about Lee, the young lady who has always helped when I've needed it. State Farm helped me immediately when my newly licensed granddaughter wrecked our car. They were right there with help when my windshield cracked and my extended warranty would not honor the claim. When I called and spoke with Lee to see if the windshield replacement would be covered, not only was it covered, but before we hung up, the retailer of my choosing had already been contacted that I would be calling for the replacement! I sincerely appreciate the way I have always been treated with courtesy. The jingle rings true for me, "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there."”

“Absolutely phenomenal!! This office goes above and beyond. Between Daniel, Cynthia and Heath. They kicked butt and took names. I've gotten other quotes from other state farm offices and they didn't offer me anything but my car. At Heath's office i was able to insure my personal vehicles, house, boats, motorcycle, business insurance, my business vehicles, life insurance not just for my family but my work family as well. I was also able to do retirement planning and I had no idea state farm did that! ONE STOP SHOP AT HEATH ROBERTS STATE FARM. Go see them you wont regret it. The best part of it?
