“I brought my phone here with a shattered screen ?.. they fixed it quickly and put a screen saver on for half price. They are professional and have better prices then any other place in the area.”
“So I had T-mobile for a long time in another state before moving here and never had an issue with them. Coverage was great and customer service was great. However when I moved here T-mobile had no towers. So I went with AT&T. Well since T-Mobile has been install towers and coming into town I have been wanting to change.
AT&T screwed me out of thousands of dollars recently so I made the choice to move. AT&T has done nothing but lie and steal money from me, screwed my account and made the transfer horrible. Though this whole process this T-Mobile and the team here, (Hunter, Alex, Austin, James & Gage), have all been super helpful in getting this dealt with. They were yelled at by AT&T agents, long hold times, they were lied to just as I was but they got it done. If you have AT&T I would highly recommend moving away from them.
Read through some of the negative reviews here, almost non of them have anything to do with this store and non of them really have anything to do with T-Mobile at all. Just people complaining about they don't really understand. Giver them a chance.”

Today they came in and Ilissa helped them with everything, including moving their numbers from Verizon as well as setting them up with new phones. She was incredibly helpful and we can’t thank her enough. Will definitely continue to use the Batesville AT&T store for all of our cell phone needs in the future.”
