Rude employees. Store wasn't stocked. I stood there 15min before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. Worst Verizon I've been in. They wouldn't even help me with my Verizon issues.

Very rude and border line racist, I bought a phone and screen protector spent over $300 sameday screen protector came loose when I went report they kicked me out like a dog cause I guess I was lying when I told them it broke sameday I bought it ? ?. I wouldn't encourage anyone to do business with those people unless they change the staff. By the way I called the main office they will reimburse me Batesville store very bad

The associates are great. My problem is with the call center. I sit on the phone forever but the call center doesnt let them know in the store that there is a call. Ticks me off because i cant always go to the store before they close.

Bought an Apple Watch from here and it ended up not working so I returned it and they charged me for that Watch and tacked on another $800 Watch. When confronted they said wait 1-2 billing cycles for it to fall off but that I did need to pay it even though I don’t have either and didn’t even order the $800 Watch

The store is horrible, I waited 7 mins and was never even spoken too. No hello, welcome in, someone will be with you in a moment nothing. Also, the store employees feel they have some right to call people back after you leave the store and leak personal information especially when they are not aware of the situation at hand. they will talk to any one. Privacy is not a concern. I have been with Verizon since it was Altel. I am considering going to another company.

I hate to give a bad review, but when I went to the store they only had 1 employee working at the time. There were three sets of people ahead of me, then more came in after I did. I waited 2.5 hours before she acknowledged me being there.I was sympathetic and did not take my frustration out on her. She was trying to take care of each customer at their time.She had also been the only employee scheduled the day prior as well.This is not fair to your customers or your employees and makes it difficult on everyone. By the time my visit was over, ai had been there over 3.5 hours. She helped me get what I needed but it cost me a lot of extra time that I cannot get back.
