“Clayton was great. Made the process quick and easy. We dont have much, if any, cell service at our house so most businesses was done through text.. which was super helpful. Couldn't be more happy with the service. Once I was at the dealership he even took the time to make sure I knew where everything was and made sure I had everything I needed (was kind of in a time crunch to get to work afterwards and was in and out with time to spare). Gunner was was also helpful went over everything, was very thorough and not pushy at all, like I've had other places. I had a car accident and my car was gone with only a few payments left. I call Car- Mart and Kyle the new manager said he would take care of everything. He did exactly that. Then Kelsey called and said come by and pick out a car and let's see if we can get you in it a s.a.p me being banged up from my accident went to the lot and Kelsey the Assistant Manager helped in in ways I had never been treated at any other Car-Mart at any other lot by any other Manager. “I have known Mr. May for over 30 years. He is known for maintaining a consistantly honest reputation. He is at the top of the list when it comes to being able to trust what he tells you as what he knows to be truthful! You can research anybody hard enough and find someone that will disagree about anyone. Those people generally aren't exactly forthright in there testimonies, truth be known.
