“We were traveling from NEA to NWA for my sons 16th birthday. In Beebe, our RAV4’s CV axles went out. We took the first exit which just happened to be Hwy 64, and we just happened to see Hometown Auto Service. We pull in, and there are two customers waiting on vehicles that are being worked on, and like three more dropping off, and then me. I pull in and talked to the first mechanic I see, he was very kind and told me that David would be the guy that would help me asap. I thought it was gonna be an hour or more before he could get to us, but not 5 minutes later, David came out, listened to my rambling about wobbles and shakes and then took my vehicle for a quick test drive, came back got it on a rack and diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes. I was waiting for an high cost estimate and was prepared to be floored. Nope… he gave me a great, I mean great price, and told me it would be ready early the next day…. Then he worked with us on all of our travel logistics, and went out of his way to take care of us as we tried to continue with our travel plans.
