“Updated review - I have updated from 1 Star to 4 Stars based on Customer Service. Alex from the store called to apologize for this and looked into the situation. I was assured that this is not how they do business and was not sure what the employee was doing to repair the tire. The fact that they reached out to me about this does tell me that they take pride in their work. I am willing to go back if the need arises.
Be Aware...We were in from out of state visiting with family. Picked up a screw in our tire somewhere around town. Took the car to this shop to have the tire plugged as the screw was in the middle of the tread and was able to be patched/plugged. After waiting about 20-25 min, we were told the tire was repaired. We asked how much and was told no charge. We thought that was wonderful and nice of them. We drove almost 700 miles a few days later. After just under a week from when it was repaired, there was a low tire warming for that tire. Took it to the shop that it normally goes to and was told the screw was left in the tire and the other people had just sprayed a sealant over area. No wonder there was no charge. Not sure if this is their normal practice for repairing tires or thinking we were 2 females and we wouldn't know any better...either way....shameful. They have lost me and my family's business.”
“I can't say enough good things about this place. The men who work there are awesome! I have a Nissan Rogue that was having transmission related issues. I called them up and told them about my issue and I was very impressed the young man's knowledge about the issues I was having. I was able to schedule a time with them that fit my needs and they did a fantastic job replacing my transmission. I was pleased with the price I payed for the maintenance performed. If you have issues with your Nissan vehicles, A&B Foreign Care is the place for you!”
“They’ve handled service on all my vehicles for almost 20 years. Honest, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Never had a single issue. This is how business should be done. If you’re new to the area, go here and check “trusted mechanic” off of your list.”
“They did a great job on the motor home. Somethings should have been checked. One was our hot water heater a hose fitting was changed, and the water was checked for pressure but not for heat. When the water heater was pulled a wire was disconnected so we had no hot water. We did get that fixed. And there were a few other problems, but nothing really bad. They just need to remember to check their work before they return the motothome.”

“I took my 2001 Jaguar to Eads Automotive to have my vehicle checked and to have my front end repaired. Mr. Eads and his son provided outstanding customer service and explained every aspect of what they would do to check my vehicle and repair my front end. Eads automotive provided a comprehensive check of my vehicle and an itemized estimate of the cost of the repairs. I felt the cost was fair and I did not feel like Eads automotive was unethical.
Once, I picked up my vehicle and checked the repairs, I was completely satisfied. Additionally, the work on the front end of my car came with a 30 month, 30,000 mile warranty. I highly recommend Eads Automotive. It's great to find a car repair shop that you can trust to repair what needs to be repaired for a fair price.”
“I met David, the proprietor of the garage. He offered some background on the business which I appreciated. His father started the business in 1967 and it is now run by David and his brother. The property is clean and has 4 bays. My car was looked at sooner then stated and will be finished sooner than expected. The price is reasonable for the work I am authorizing.”
“Now owned by Red River. Very good staff. They took the time to even get one of the repair guys to take a look at my needs. Got my door bushings and pins replaced the same day. They even painted them without asking or charging extra. Very pleased!”

“Broke down near here and Danny and his crew came highly recommended from a town an hour away. I was in the middle of a cross country move. They tried to get my truck back on the road in a hurry. After a small amount of work my 2011 ford f250 had its machines heal go. The CP4 pump blew itself up killing my fuel system. They where kind enough to let me store my truck and full trailer in their lockup yard for a little over a week while I figured out what and how to deal with the expensive fix. If you are anywhere within reach of them I cant recommend them enough!”
“A little late on my review but I have used them multiple times and they have done great work. Very honest. I dropped my car off thinking I needed new wheel bearings because of a noise I heard, and all I needed was back tires. He didn’t charge me and advised me what to do! Thanks!”

“Great shop. Newly opened. The prices are lower than everyone around I've gone to but the quality of service and the speed of service is top notch. I honestly brought my vehicle into this shop thinking the worst and resigned to the fact that I was going to have a repair bill totaling thousands of dollars. But they found the issue to be a cheap fix and instead of bending me over a barrel like they could have they got me out the door for a much cheaper price.They did notify me of other issues with my vehicle they found on their inspection and I did have them fixed BUT they didn't try to sell me anything they just told me about the issue and let me decide if I wanted to fix it or wait.Incredibly knowledgeable and had my truck fixed in one day. I will be giving them all of my business for the conceivable future.”
“My vehicle was damaged when a driver ran a stop sign and t-boned my car. Whitley Paint & Auto Body took time and care and repaired my vehicle back to factory new condition. Not body filler, no putty, no bondo. Just fresh clean straight metal and a new paint job that looks like it was never touched. “Gregory was wonderful! Thursday evening I got a huge bolt in my tire, thankfully it was in the tire tread and not the sidewall!! Went in Saturday morning After some waiting because I was a walk in - I truly think Corporate needs to look into allowing tire repair and rotations to be a scheduled service as well, continue with walk-ins, but let us all be able to schedule a service! May have less angry reviews for wait times - maybe!
Gregory understood my frustration for my wait as I was there the night before and was not able to be helped becauce of scheduled appts and couldnt accept any walk-ins- but he helped fix my car Saturday Morning, and I was very appreciative!”
