“Our pickup truck broke down just outside of Beebe, Arkansas on a Saturday evening while we were hauling a long trailer with equipment. It was over 100 degrees, nearly dark, and we had two dogs with us. It was a stressful situation.
We found Mahoney’s Towing through Google and called them. They let us know they were finishing another accident first, called back to update us, gave us an accurate arrival time, and showed up exactly when promised.
When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the likely problem and gave us options with absolutely no pressure. We chose to have them tow the truck to their shop for repairs.
By Tuesday, our truck was repaired and ready to pick up. They towed both our truck and trailer, stored everything safely, ordered the needed parts, and completed the repair much faster than we expected. I was honestly shocked at how reasonable the bill was.
What impressed me most was the customer service. They were professional, honest, dependable, and genuinely cared. It’s refreshing to find a business that treats people fairly when they’re in a difficult situation. Mahoney’s Towing earned our trust, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. “Rockstar. Took my 97 Jeep Wrangler in for service. David was able to troubleshoot and get it up and running in a pretty short amount of time. Impressive given how much work he and his team had to do on it. I didn't realize it when I sent my Jeep in, but they also sell tires for a great price. Bottom line, I got my dead Jeep back to life in a short amount of time, got the safety items addressed and didn't have to break the bank to get it all done. Highly recommend this shop and I will be using him for all future work I need.”
