“I can’t even explain how incredible my first visit to this Orangetheory Fitness studio was.
The moment I walked in, I was honestly blown away—the space is uniquely designed with tons of windows, spotless clean, and a layout I’ve never seen at any other studio. It felt bright, open, and full of energy before the workout even started.
But what really stayed with me was the welcome.
Michelle gave me a full tour and greeted me with a warmth that genuinely touched my heart. The way she spoke with me—asking about my goals, encouraging me, and making me feel like I truly belonged—felt less like “customer service” and more like family. Like I was being welcomed by a sweet aunt who was genuinely happy I walked through the door.
I’ve been to Orangetheory Fitness before, but I’ve never felt a first-day experience like this. They made me feel seen. They made me feel like a star. And most importantly, they made me feel loved—real love, not fluff.
And I’ll be honest: as a Black man moving to Arkansas, that kind of genuine warmth hits different. Feeling that level of care at my very first visit was powerful. It gave me a sense of home here in NWA, and it’s hard to imagine not showing up consistently after being welcomed like that.

“I love this gym! It is a fantastic atmosphere with excellent coaching staff and programming. I am not one who wants to compete or go extreme, but I like being around the more advanced athletes. I never feel undervalued or overlooked and I always get coached to help me make minor adjustments that keep me from getting injured and help me improve.”

No class times, only 30 minutes & the energy + the trainers make for the most fun you’ll have getting your butt kicked!! Love being able to work on my physical AND mental strength, still at it strong 5+ years ?”

“Love the range has always been well kept for the most part and they have made improvements over the years. Only negative is an employee named Royce, I’ve never had a positive interaction with that guy. I know that several other POA members have complained as well. Everyone else is super nice.”
“Incredible facility. I’ve been to so many countries, college campuses, and fancy gym. This one is by far one of the best fitness facilities. World-class. The workout gym has amazing massive collection of machines, free weights, and CrossFit like exercise area. The pools. The massage chairs. All in all, amazing facility. Well done Walmart.”

“I visited The J Street Gym while in Bentonville and it’s the perfect spot for a H.I.T. lifter on vacation. They offer both day passes and week passes, which made training while traveling super easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, the equipment is excellent, and the environment is ideal for anyone who wants to push hard. Other lifters were respectful, re‑racked their weights, and created a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.”

It is starting to get to a little to crowded. I hope they are thinking about opening a second location in the Bentonville area or near by.”

“Great location to rent for a birthday party the rate 2 hours was $45. After the party the kids went swimming in the indoor pool , depending on the age of the child it was around 3 to 4 dollars per kid- great time for the kiddos”
