I found a Jotul gas stove online that I fell in love with! It was absolutely gorgeous. The stove wasn't cheap, but there is no way that Congo made that much money off this stove. But what blew my mind is that I seriously feel like the customer service that I received rivaled a millionaire buying a super car.
The process was unbelievably easy. Within one phone call and a few back and forth emails about the details, Doug ordered the stove, arranged a trusted and amazing installer who did a beautiful job, and literally thought of every single possibility that could have arose during this install to cover every base. They even worked with the installers to have them pick the stove up, saving me a 3 hour trip! I am BLOWN AWAY by these guys amazing product knowledge and customer service. They made my life way too easy!”

“Bought a freezer there this past Saturday. Roger was the salesman. He did a great job. I called first and he gave me measurement of the freezers they had in stock. I wanted to fit it where my other was, it was going out. Two sounded as if they would work. An Amana and a Maytag. I went there that day and he help me, showing the ones we had talked about. I went with the Maytag. Roger told me he could have it delivered Tuesday morning. Justin showed up today, on time and with a smile. He took my old one, installed my new one and could not have done any better. 5 out of 5 for me, can't think of a thing they could have done any better.”
