“I am a gearhead and auto enthusiast. When I wrecked my brand new truck, only a few weeks old, I was so deeply disappointed, and honestly- I never imagined it would be 'quite' the same again. I'm a realist, and things have changed a lot in my lifetime... work ethic, customer service... doing the right thing... it just doesn't seem like we see much of that anymore. I went into this repair process with my eyes wide open, poised like a jungle cat, waiting for the first opportunity to jump at a misstep, a cut corner, or the inevitable load of BS that a dealership experience can bring. It never happened. The service experience was beyond expectation. I dropped my truck off on a Friday, they ordered parts on Monday, began the work on Tuesday, and end-to-end had my truck back to me in 14 calendar days. This wasn't a simple repair, I damaged part of the mechanicals underneath the front end, the bumper, body panels, bed sides, and even a tire. Long story short, the truck came back to me essentially perfect. The paint work is flawless. Body panel gaps are factory. New tire was balanced perfectly. Front end was repaired and has a better alignment than when I drove it off the lot new. Communication was excellent with daily updates. Hannah was sharp, articulate, and adapted to my requests when possible. I just can't say enough good things about my experience, it was A+ from beginning to end, I would trust these guys to work on my $70k truck or my $$$$ Mercedes S600. I feel badly, I wish there was a way to thank everyone on the entire Chris Crain team- auto body, mechanics at the dealer, the lady at the front desk, and most of all Hannah. You guys all did a great job, and I can tell you are trying to build a business and relationships, not milking the experience for insurance dollars and on to the next poor fool like other body shops in our area.
