“If I could give a million stars, I would! I couldn’t be happier with the work Gordy’s Collision Repair did on my car. Not only did they do an incredible job, but their office staff went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and I received a reminder call before my drop-off date (that was not a robot). They worked great with my insurance company and kept me updated along the way. When a part was delayed and placed on back order, they immediately called to let me know and worked hard to locate one as quickly as possible. They actually found the part much sooner than expected. Their communication, honesty, and dedication to their customers really stood out. I will absolutely be recommending Gordy’s Collision Repair to anyone who needs body work done.”

“I’ve had to use these guys a couple of times this year, and both experiences were great. The first time, I locked my keys in my car after dark. After several failed attempts to get into it ourselves, they showed up quickly, got my car unlocked, and had me back on the road in no time. The second time, my car broke down right in the middle of pulling out onto the road after work. Again, they responded quickly and got there fast. What really stood out was that when they arrived at the repair shop we had requested, they realized it was closed for the week and didn’t feel comfortable just leaving my vehicle there unattended. Instead, they contacted us, waited while we figured out another option, and took the vehicle to the new location without hesitation. They went above and beyond, treated us right, and didn’t nickel and dime us for it either. It’s nice to know there are still businesses that care about doing things the right way and taking care of people. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I ever need them”

“I had an air leak in the door after a wreck. Austin kept bringing the car back and working until he found and fixed this final problem. Very pleased with my repair!!!”
