He got all of my issues taken care of and then some. He was extremely helpful without being condescending. He also went ahead and took care of little things (like choosing the exact model of phone and case that I said I didn't care about) for me. Got me taken care of in a rush. So glad I drove 40 minutes to the store instead of trying to handle it on my own. Also, give Justice a raise.”
