“Well, it's Target. But, if you go early enough for events or times of the year such as Christmas, you can get almost 100% of what you are looking for. The longer you wait, the less likely you'll ha e success. There's really no backordering system to ensure you get what you want, at least not at that Target. It seems that larger markets get more of what they want and when they want or need it.”
