“THIS is the place for budget conscious travelers who want a safe, clean, and friendly place to stay with a few luxury touches. Hotel listings refer to this as a two-star hotel, but I've stayed in three and four star hotels that were not as nice. Courteous, friendly, and efficient staff with clean and well-appointed rooms, a pool and breakfast. Some wear showing on the carpets, but they are very clean and serviceable for another couple of years.

“Staff very nice and rooms extra clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and close to lots of things to do and places to eat. It's quiet and calming. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.”

“My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. It is our go to in Benton. The rooms are always clean, the owners are super friendly and helpful. Never have had a problem or a bad experience. For the price you absolutely cannot beat it. The rooms are comfortable, and have all the amenities needed. Tv, wifi, heat. Air, and appliances have always worked great with no problem. 10/10 I would highly recommend staying here instead of a higher priced hotel. I've stayed in multiple hotels in saline county and this is the only on where I've never had an issue.”
“Rooms are priced very reasonable, decently maintained and clean. The manager is great. She is by far, the best manager out of all the area hotels. She is very helpful and never unreasonable, always treating everyone fairly with kindness and compassion.”

“Conveniently located near the highway. Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. 6 electric car chargers out front (appears to be free but I didn't use them this visit to test). I will definitely stay here again.”
