“The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The morning breakfast has a good selection. The food was well presented and the dining area is very clean.
The room was very clean and had no broken items. The heat and AC worked well. The bathroom is large and there was plenty of room at the sink. The bed was comfortable and there was ample pillows and blankets.
The hotel is located right by a major highway and there is an ambulance base nearby. This made the room noisy at night. It is near the Arkansas River and Clinton Library, but there is not a lot of dining options within safe walking distance.
I felt the hotel was a excellent value and I will stay again on my next business trip to Little Rock.”

“We stopped overnight.
Pros: Staff was friendly. The rooms are small but clean. All the essentials. Breakfast bar is standard but staff was refreshing it all the way till 10am. Cool pool table. Great location!
Cons: a noisy group was outside till nearly midnight. Ask for a room on the front side. The firepit is on the backside. The walls etc are also thin, so you will hear everything.”

“Now that its exchanged owners and became Eagle Suites, they've remodeled the place and are still revamping the place and it's nice and beautiful. You can rent by the week and by the month! It's so worth it if you're needing a temp home”
“I have personal issues in my life that I'm recovering from. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of money to my name so I chose the most inexpensive room available. I did pass judgement on the motel but was quickly shown that I was extremely safe here. Every one of the staff members heard my concerns and watched over me for my entire three day stay. I made the room my safe spot during my stay. I cannot thank the staff here enough for becoming my friends. #wedorecover love you guys!!”

“Definitely one of my favorite places to stay with a jacuzzi in the room. The hotel in general is very clean and organized. The room was magnificent and in a very neat and orderly Manor.(NO BUGS OF ANY KIND) that's always a PLUS!!!It's very very quiet for the most part. You may hear the sounds of traffic way more often than you would any person at this hotel.Peaceful is the way a hotel stay is supposed to be.The staff here are very friendly and courteous.You definitely want to book the jacuzzi room if you stay here. You just can't beat it.The other rooms are very spacious and that's a huge plus as well.Rooms: Rooms are the best around.Safety: Safety is at a huge forefront with this hotel which is great and definitely ideal!”

“I’m all about being able to park, eat, play, and sleep without having to drive around. We used a debit card for entry to the parking garage, and the same card to exit after our night’s stay. Easy access from the parking garage to the hotel lobby. If you’re taking the elevator from the lobby to parking garage, use the one on the far left. We had a clean room overlooking the bridge, river, and walking trail. The buffet at Bridges restaurant on the first floor was a good option for our party of 7 before seeing the Michel Jackson broadway show next door. They had MJ music playing in the restaurant, a big stand up poster of the MJ show at the entrance, and even some MJ theming on the buffet menu. I liked the collaboration between Doubletree and the event center. It was raining outside, but we were able to stay dry walking out the front doors of the hotel, and down the ramp on the right directly into the event center. We go to a lot of Celebrity Attraction shows in Tulsa. This was our first time attending one in Little Rock. This was a nice alternative. Would totally stay here again. Maybe next time do a little more exploring around the hotel and see what else is nearby within walking distance, and check out the walking trail.”

“We came to town for a concert and we couldn’t have found a better hotel to have stayed at. Everything was perfect and Brenda at the front desk was absolutely a heaven sent. She’s precious and anything we needed, she was on top of it. We were at the hotel for 3 days/2 nights, there wasn’t a day/time of the day we didn’t see her working while passing through. Brenda deserves any recognition she can get because i’ve never met a nicer receptionist. All around a great stay!”
“Surrounded by plenty of stores and fast food restaurants its right off the highway.The rooms are reasonable and clean. I was there for a while its quiet and kid friendly because they found me a room to accommodate my children.”

“Everything was great specially because they do take cash I lost my card and I only had cash and the majority of the hotels wouldn’t take cash. It was so late and I was getting frustrated because no other hotel would take cash. In an emergency like mine I will give a 5 star in my emergency I’m grateful for having a nice place to stay for one night before I can continue my trip . Over all the service and the room clean will Definitely return to these location keep up the good work. Please don’t stop taking cash. That for me is a plus. Thank you ?”

“I went on a Monday, so it wasn't busy at all, we had a couple of drinks at the bar and a piece of key lime pie, absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and nice, they even plugged in a fan and pointed it at me when they saw me using a hand fan at the bar. We really enjoyed our time there.”

“I really like the rest then their managers tend to patrol the parking lot and try to keep a pretty much safe environment they don't really like too many people hanging around and I have a few friends there but because I'm a familiar face they allow me to stay in my room or at my friend's room but if you're not a familiar face and they see somebody lingering around on the cameras they'll either call the police or have them people escorted away from their facility and I think that's good with the dangerous times we living in”

“Always happy with the customer service amongst other things. Rey is there at the front desk to greet you when you arrive with a smiling face. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable about availability. I can't say enough great things about her ,she makes the transaction swift and efficient. The rooms are super clean they smell of a light scent of cleaner that instantly makes you think of home. The rooms are large with a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher , coffee maker, fridge, microwave, cabinet space and a few dishes. I always enjoy my stay here. Thanks Rey .”

“The Ritz Motel is an absolutely beautiful Motel — from the moment you arrive, you can feel the luxury and attention to detail. The gentlemen who welcomes you at the entrance was outstanding: polite, professional, and extremely helpful.
Receptionist were also warm and efficient, making the check-in experience smooth and welcoming.
Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel at home.

“I’d say the price to stay here is worth it and even a little bit of a steal. Minimum check in age being 18 is pleasant. My room smelled of smoke when I arrived, that would be my only issue. The room was clean, the water pressure was only alright, but I am not complaining! Seal attendants were pleasant! Slightly sketchy at night. Maybe avoid if solo traveling. Aside from that, would recommend :)”

“Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom shower showed a little age. Room was quiet at night. Pool is well sized but did have some leaves and bugs in it, but since it was near trees that might be unavoidable. Restaurant has a small bar and the bartender was very friendly, but the restaurant food menu is pretty small and limited. The breakfast buffet was a good deal and the food was standard.”
