“Been with cricket for almost 10 years I've tried other cell phone companies and they just didn't stack up to the service I'm getting at cricket, but I did have issues with the people showing up on time you go up there at 9 before we open at 9 and you might be waiting an hour but I hear they have new management so I hope everything is good better, but besides that great service good friendly people”

“I had a really great experience from a very frustrating issue from another carrier. Please never go to Xfinity, breaking up with that company is the worst breakup you’ll ever have. They do not understand customer service at all. They over charge you and sell your private information and violate your federal trade commission consumer rights.I would like to start off saying that Derek is a superstar. This was hands down the best customer service experience in a Verizon store I have ever had. He is knowledge, professional, considerate, compassionate, intelligent and the list could go on and on, if I had a technical company I would hire him any day. He was patient and provided the best possible care. From the moment I walked in, he pulled up two chairs for my husband and I. He was ready to compassionately do his job. Not only did he help me figure out a complex issue with my old provider but he helped me understand without pressure, that switching to Verizon internet would save us a lot of money and be faster for our triplex we own. Verizon service and internet is five stars when you have people like Derek doing the job. I can’t say enough great things about this guy! We had to stay after closing because our issues were so complex and Xfinity took so long on the phone to help us transfer a number, and I can’t imagine what a pain that was for him. He didn’t allow me to feel this way, he was diligent and stood strong to helping me as a customer and was kind from start to finish.On another note everyone we encountered the evening of February 21st 2024, was professional and kind, every person working here had a positive attitude and work ethic. This location was very so clean and had every device possible to test out and look at, and they all looked cleaned and the display was awesome. This location is five stars.”

“I just had the worst experience ever on the phone with a T-Mobile rep that completely screwed up not only mine but the internet service I have at my mother in laws. I was on the phone for 2-3 hours only to have to run to T-Mobile in Benton Arkansas to trade in my gateway. ??‍♀️ Thank goodness for justice! He knows his stuff and while working on my issue he was able to assist another customer during a download time for my gateway. So impressive! Y’all do yourself a favor and do your business at the Benton T-Mobile 20770 I-30 Ste 140, Benton, AR 72019. First time customer there but will never go anywhere else.”
