“My Five Star Review is specifically just for Tyler, the manager of this store. The man has the patience of a saint and has just sat with me for an hour while trying to help me with an issue that apparently three different people plus “the back office” techs couldn’t figure out. I’m still waiting for AT&T to actually fix the issue but this guy Tyler made the whole experience here at the store much less stressful. If AT&T had more people like him helping the customers the company would do a lot better. I can only in good conscience give AT&T itself a half star just as a participation trophy at this point.”
