“By far the best Verizon store I have ever been to. They went above and beyond fixing my phone issues and reviewing my account to get me the most savings. Definitely worth the drive from Benton.”

“The manager, Jason, was exceptional. His professionalism and knowledge base was second to none. I have visited several AT&T stores over the years and this is the first time someone actually knew how to help. Jason was patient and worked the problem vigorously. Ensuring that all my phones were backed up, ported and operational. He put off his lunch break to assist and did not leave until the problem was solved. Jason knew what he was doing. Decades of experience was shown in his efforts. Excellent customer experience. Go to this Malvern, AR store and ask for Jason. He will point you in the right direction.”
