The man has the patience of a saint and has just sat with me for an hour while trying to help me with an issue that apparently three different people plus “the back office” techs couldn’t figure out. I’m still waiting for AT&T to actually fix the issue but this guy Tyler made the whole experience here at the store much less stressful. If AT&T had more people like him helping the customers the company would do a lot better. I can only in good conscience give AT&T itself a half star just as a participation trophy at this point.”

“I received a letter that I needed new equipment to keep my internet up and running. So I called the number in the letter to receive my new equipment. The person I called on the phone could not find my account. I gave them all of my information. First off when I told them my address was in Arkansas they had no idea where it was. I actually had to spell the state of Arkansas out. I doubt the people on the phone even spoke English! So after spending over 2 hours on the phone I finally hung up! I tried again a few days later and was put on permanent hold as the person on the phone had no idea. I finally hung up again! I decided to go to my local AT&T shop in , Bryant, Arkansas. They found my account right away! They ordered me the new equipment I need to keep my internet up and running!! The AT&T shop in Bryant, Arkansas did a wonderful job! Great people! Fast courtesy and very helpful. I have been an AT&T customer for over 25 years. AT&T needs to do something about the 1800 numbers they want there customers to call! If not for the wonderful service of the folks at the AT&T store in Bryant Arkansas you would have lost a customer! A big thank you to the AT&T store in Bryant Arkansas!!!”
