If I could give this place a no star rating I would.. The people are always Rude when i go in there and today when I went to go to the store I went and waiting for them to open amd the manger says we dont open for a another 5 mins when the sign on the door said 10 am i wont be doing business with them agian

Great selection of sneakers and sparkly high heels, but not much in the way of regular everyday shoes, at least for women. I did not look in the men’s section, my husband did however and the same sketchers at the outlet store were half of what they were at Rack Room. The store is small, but I’m sure good for a quick run for something needed quickly. I did not find any help on the sales floor, but it is “self serve”. It is still nice to have someone check to see if you need an help though. Cashier was very pleasant.

Rushing me out because the store about to close like okay as a employee you should wait for the people already inside the store just don't let people in ugh ? felt so rushed with 3 kids horrible, and me knowing they close at 6 I knew what I was getting just hate the fact how people can be seeing I have kids. Won't come to this location.

Was able to get everything I needed in this location. The manager there was extremely helpful and a super nice guy to talk with. Will shop here again for sure.

I did not have an issue, my sister did. The one in Little Rock on Otter Creek gave her a hard time returning a shoe an day manager had approved for return. She went back later that evening to pick up the correct shoe and was given a hard time.I called another location, explained my sisters situation, and she said she could come right on in and exchange the shoe. She did not have the shoe for weeks. She literally purchased the she the day before and only wanted to exchange for a bigger size.Thank you to the other location!!

Manager was very nice. Store lacks the variety that most rack room shoes provides. I was very disappointed and didn't find anything for myself but did find a few for my kids. Some customers don't seem to understand the bogo sale or maybe they can't read but it was clear as day to me. I probably won't return simply bc there's nothing in there worth buying unless you order online.

Horrible selection for men. Seemed to only have sizes up to a 9 in most styles.

I wish their inventory was better, never seem to have my size but I'm sure that isn't their problem. Thanks for the great customer service and competitive prices.
