Regions Bank is a full-service provider offering excellent customer service on a full range of products. The branch is awesome, with employees who are always very helpful and kind. Service is good, though wait times can be an issue even without a staff shortage. The bank provides checking and savings accounts, loans, credit lines, business services, check cashing, and Western Union money transfers. Regions Bank is a member of the FDIC and serves the Benton, AR area.
Service is fine but this branch feels more like an AT&T store than a bank.

Regions is very convenient for a small business owner. They are quick to respond to your needs. They have all the bells and whistles to do banking online . I have not met a bad employee.
