“When it comes to some banks they have some stipulations about dealing with a family members revocable trust. I had to deal with 6 different banks during this time period, because they could not adhere to some of the decrees. I spent a few mornings trying to get a local bank that I had done business with to accept our business. I finally got fed up with the run around, and went to Arvest in Benton, AR. They welcomed us in and were willing to open the account with no stipulations. They were so helpful even to the time we had to finalize the trust. I am truly grateful for their service. Please keep them in mind when you have some special needs. I bet you will find the support you need just like I did. In closing they even provided me a refinancing loan on our house as well.”

“Wow, it appears that some angry person called in their friends to effect Google ratings here. I've been using this FS bank for over 20 years and NEVER EVER had a problem. My husband has been using this branch for about 30 years. This was his first account as a teenage, he never left, no problems. We raised our kids using this bank and then all 3 of them opened their first accounts at this same branch, NEVER a single problem from the bank. They are always helpful. We absolutely LOVE Molly (The branch manager) any time we have had questions, concerns or fraud from scammers it's been handled quickly with no headaches for us. Molly has always made herself very accessible. I feel like I've known her my whole life. Nobody has ever been rude to us or our adult children. If anyone ever had any sort of issue, communicated effectively, acted appropriately and followed the proper channels, I know Molly would have handled it quickly and professionally. I'm gonna say if someone had a problem it's probably a you problem more than a them problem. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This branch deserves 5 stars.”
