“My son has had a strider bike for a while. His balancing was great, and he loved riding it. We put his pedals on yesterday, and he has been riding with ease in just one day of practice! The employees were super helpful. They did the pedal instalation, aired up his tires, and gave great suggestions in helping my kid transition from striding to pedaling. Highly recommend!”

“I had some mechanical issues while on the trails visiting in Bentonville and slogged into mojo. The mechanic behind the counter dropped what he was doing, diagnosed the issue, coordinated with another local shop to get the part and had me back on the trails in a couple hours. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful!! Thank you for making sure I still had a great vacation and could experience so much more of the trails!!”

“My first trip to Bentonville was saved by Phat Tire. Cassette came loose and who brings a cassette wrench on a weekend trip? After they fixed that, I was right back the next day needing a rear tire replaced. They had me in and out in no time. Great service.”

“Once again just an amazing customer service experience. I 1st came in during Bentonville Bike fest and they were slammed. I walked in no appointment needed help with my wheel and they made time for it on the spot. Spent less then an hour in the store and I was back in the trail riding. I was just there this past weekend and the wifes bike had blown out a steering stem bearing and not only did they have a spare laying around but they once again got it installed right there on the spot and we had just walked in an hour before close on a holiday weekend. Thank you guys again for getting us back on the trail in record time!”

“They do good things in the community with the cycling club, which deserves good recognition. Regarding their clothing: Yes it’s absurdly expensive, but it is very high quality.”
