“While visiting Bevar lake my derailleur broke after contacting the place I bought it the only advice they gave me was to buy another one... So I started looking for a part for my bike and Magnolia cycle had the part and was able to give it a tune-up to keep me safe in the same day to get me back on the road again... Thank you”

“I called at 2:45 on a Saturday and asked if they could help fix my Son’s breaks and they said get here asap because we close at 4pm on Saturday. They did a great job and i could tell the person assigned to the bike knew what she was doing. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend anyone in Bentonville to go to OZO Bike Bentonville for all of your bike needs.”

“I am a bike wife and thus, have been to a few bike shops over the years - this one stands out- first, it appeared to have a range of inventory (so many shops are empty and boring!), the smell of bikes was not overwhelming, there was a place for me to sit, and the bathroom was clean and decorated in a super fun way! I would stop in again just for that. The person who helped hubby was not knowledgeable but I love that they appear to hire young, teachable people. The other staff were helping others so if we needed help we could have received it I am sure.”
