Courtyard Bentonville is a hotel known for its excellent staff and great, convenient location, not far from Walmart HQ and next to an upscale restaurant. It is a clean and well-maintained go-to place for many, offering good service and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk provides friendly and engaging white glove service, with staff happy to give food and local activity recommendations. The rooms are well-appointed with pleasant, serviceable furniture. They are excellent with comfortable beds, high mattresses, good sitting areas, and nice TVs. The walk-in showers are also noted as a positive feature. However, some guests found the beds and pillows to be awful or not to their liking, and one mentioned an issue with bathroom lighting noise. The hotel offers onsite breakfast for an additional cost and serves dinner until 9 p.m., which guests find handy. The restaurant receives praise for its food. Overall, the experience is often wonderful with smooth check-in, leading many to state they will definitely return, though a minority indicated they would go elsewhere next time.
Angie always provides white glove service during my trips to Bentonville. She knows her customers by name, is engaging, and takes great pride in her work. It is one of the reasons why I select this hotel.
