“The Hilton is a really nice place. It is very clean, and the staff are personable, professional, and attentive to the needs of their customers. Great price for all they offer. They have a wonderful pool and exercise equipment.Safety: I felt very safe in my environment. The food and drinks were quite reasonable and they are in walking distance to many other venues.”

“Nice, clean, spacious rooms. big hot tub and nice warm pool. The pool was such a comfortable temperature that we were able to experience our 3 month old in the pool for the first time. The door that goes outside in the pool/spa area was broken so if you went outside, you couldn’t let it shut if you wanted to get back inside.”

“This is actually the Quality Inn now, which I guess, used to be Red Roof inn? Anyhow, it's the Quality inn now and they're part of the Choice Hotels group and the beds are dreamy comfortable and so are the pillows. Clean room, clean bathroom and vanity area, we've stayed here multiple times and I recommend it. I just WISH they had some shade trees around their parking lot. They're also pet friendly ? ? I believe they charge $15/per pet with a 2 pet max”

“I don't know why there are negative reviews. We just stayed one night, but were greeted at the front desk and our interaction was pleasant. The room was great and the kitchenette had a fridge and a toaster. There was also real silverware. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great although the layout is a bit confusing. There was a woman making French toast at the bar. I had it with strawberries and it was delicious. Behind the bar was a variety of food from scrambled eggs to english muffins and pain au chocolat. They have an expresso maker and a chobani yogurt bar that was awesome as well. Overall, a good stay! Oh, our room was by the elevator and we hear no noise at all.”

“Convenient to the highway, but quiet. Lots of restaurants that are drivable, plus a few that are walkable. The included breakfast was a good value, served promptly at 6:30. Rooms are a bit dated, but you won't get the same shower flow out of anything from the last several years.”

“This property is beautiful and well maintained. To a weary traveler, a hotel is a hotel, but this hotel is different because of the staff. Jazze is the kindest, hands down. I ordered a glass of grapefruit juice at breakfast, they were out. A few hours later I was sitting in the lobby working and she brought me a refreshing glass saying their delivery arrived! Later she asked if I’d mind if she vacuumed in an area adjacent to where I was sitting. Smiling the whole time she’s demonstrating what I consider white glove customer service. I quickly figured out this tone is set at the top. The GM Celine, searched and gave me batteries for my mouse when it died suddenly. She went out of her way! The bartender, Adrianna makes it feel like you are a regular at Cheers. Amazing team, awesome service, world class attitude! Give these ladies a raise!!’”

“So, we have stayed in several of this chain of hotels, and this one was the only clean one. In fact, I almost felt at home here. I'm usually feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to touch anything and, on occasion, having to clean the room myself but not in this room. There are no issues with it at all. What a difference a clean room makes to your stay! Next time, however, I would try to stay on the top floor. There were sports tournament groups staying there, and they were active, pounding the floor above us all night and early the next morning.Great job to this hotel and staff who obviously care about what impression they make. “I was totally blown away by this hotel. I’ve been a salesman for Wyndham brand hotels so I know a little bit about the business, and this hotel for 75 bucks a night offered incredible value. The pool and spa were sparkling and clean. My room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. I could possibly think of, and even the breakfast, which I normally will not even eat at a hotel was delicious.”
“This was a great place to stay during a multi day bike tour that we took in NW Arkansas! We appreciated the access to laundry and the comfortable room. Also amazing service- Jeremy was quick to respond to all our questions and went above & beyond to accommodate our requests. We enjoyed all the bike themed decor. Make sure to bring quarters for laundry. The only small thing we would change about the location is that it is tricky to access the hotel by bike. We had to ride on the grass for a couple blocks, since it’s located on a busy street with no sidewalk. It’s doable, but just something to be aware of for anyone else who may be thinking of stopping here on a tour. I understand that many people who stay here are probably arriving in car and going to the MTB trails, and of course it is perfectly accessible via car! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!”
