Went home had flowers droop in less than 12 hrs, indoor climate nothing excessive, called Floweroma, advised of the issue, they told me to take it back and they replaced it with no charge as busy and slammed as they were during Valentine’s Day. Great customer service!

Very easy online process! Flowers were delivered when expected and looked beautiful! I sent them to my daughter, who lives in NWA, from her daughters. Great experience! I will do this again.
