About Vital Care Infusion Services
Vital Care Infusion Services is a fantastic outpatient infusion pharmacy that goes above and beyond for patients. The staff listens and cares, providing helpful advice and information. For a first infusion, a patient arrived in horrible pain and dreading the hour, but the pain calmed down and it ended up being okay. The massage chair was nice, and they provided drinks and small snacks. They offered to adjust the room temp. After the infusion, the lady spent a good 15 mins talking about the condition, which felt above and beyond. Seeing the same person each time makes comfort much easier to achieve. For another patient, a staff member came out to the vehicle to put the port in the hand and gave the first treatment there, explaining to a husband how to do the remaining treatments at home. Throughout a whole MS journey, more has been learned from people working in clinics such as VitalCare than any doctor. Vital Care is detail oriented and will work with patients on high cost medications. They are simply the best, giving a glimmer of hope in a time when the healthcare system is falling apart. Highly recommend.

My son who's common variable immune def and selective IGa Deficent has ivig infusions monthly .They are fantastic .Everyone listens and care .thankful for this local pharmacy and their support for my sons needs

Vital Care Infusion is the BEST outpatient infusion pharmacy in NWA. They go above and beyond to ensure you receive the care you need. They will even work with you on high cost medications! I was very impressed with how organized and detail oriented they were. Highly recommend!
