“We used to use Walgreens and we took a chance with Heartland RX because Walgreens standard of care was lacking and they were taking too long to get what my wife needed even though it was time sensitive.
When you call Heartland RX, they answer the phone every time. No annoying automations. Without ever being a customer, they helped me find what we needed and put in an order for us before we could get a prescription sent over by the doctor.

“Walmart neighborhood Martz or small marks as I call them have been around for a long time. This one does a pretty good job. The fresh departments look good produce looked exceptional Dairy and the Maude Bakery look good everything in the store looked clean and fresh with a lot more selection than I expected but they have a very clientele so that accounts for some of that. Overall it looks good”

Tom didn’t just scan items; he made real conversation and treated us like people instead of a transaction. He acknowledged that I was clearly over 21 before I pulled my ID, which felt refreshingly normal in a system that’s become overly rigid and scripted.
Afterward, I overheard him being corrected about not following the exact “procedure.” While I understand that policies exist for a reason, moments like that highlight how easily experience, judgment, and genuine service can get overshadowed by checkboxes and compliance. When rules become detached from common sense, customers notice — and so do the good employees trying to do the right thing.
Tom was a bright spot in an otherwise automated, impersonal shopping experience. Please recognize and protect employees like him, because they represent the best of what customer service should be.”

“A woman named Hannah helped me this afternoon, and I didn't wanna come into the store. Because I had a sore throat and wasn't feeling well and she went and got exactly what I needed over-the-counter. Medicine wise and was very sweet and didn't even second-guess it whenever I asked her to, because I didn't want to come in and risk getting anybody else sick. So she should be given a raise repatti.On the back of the bare minimum, she's very sweet and very kind for doing so.”

“I recently moved to NWA from western Washington state and was running out of my essential medication while I tried to figure out health insurance and other things vital to someone like me with poor health. I called to have my prescriptions transferred over from the walmart pharmacies back at my old home. Emily was a great help. Delightful, answered all of my questions, provided me important information regarding which of my medications were out of refills/were having trouble being pulled and which ones could be filled, and was also pleasant to converse with while all of this was being done.”

“I see a lot of people are being charged from here. I thought the same thing and after researching if you do a pickup/delivery order the statement to your bank will say it’s from Arizona. I don’t know if that’s where the headquarters is at or if that’s where the website is hosted. Hope this helps. (I checked my bank statement and it matched the amount I purchased from the app)”
