She is very knowledgeable about the product, patient, clear in explanation, and kind. I could go to the store that is 5 miles closer, but choose this one because of the service! Thank you again. Called and was told to make an appointment to switch carriers. We got there 10 minutes before our appointment and were never acknowledged. We sat there for an hour and decided to leave. We drove a half an hour to go to our appointment. If this is the service we get why switch?
