“Bought a refrigerator from Ninos. Got it for a little less than box store price. It supposedly had some minor scratches but I don’t notice them. It’s a garage refrigerator now. Ninos wrapped it in plastic and loaded it on my trailer.”

Within 15 minutes Luke had determined the problem was just a faulty door safety switch. He quite literally saved us nearly $500 vs buying a new replacement unit.”

“I have a 5yo Kenmore canister vacuum. Found Dennis’ Vacuum via Google search after my rug unit roller quit rolling. Thinking I don’t want to contribute to our landfill growth problem, I’d check on cost to repair. They not only repaired the part that had broken, but cleaned the entire vacuum - it looks as good as new. Bonus that they sell Kenmore bags and filters at less than the knockoffs I was getting off Amazon. Highly recommend!”

Each also played a critical role in selecting the perfect washers, dryers, freezers, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc. for our brand new small animal veterinary hospital just north of the Fayetteville Sam's Club. These fine folks demonstrated product knowledge and professionalism that far exceeded anything we could have ever expected. We appreciated that the prices were slightly lower than the big boxes too and even saved more with a couple of dent/ding items. “Even though no purchase was made today, the ladies here made us feel like a HIGHLY VALUED RETURNING CUSTOMER. We went looking today for a sewing machine and embroidery machine. Marci was wonderful at answering all questions and explaining the machines. Though it's quite a drive from our home in Bella Vista, we felt that a potentially expensive purchase would be worth the drive due to the GREAT customer service, cleanliness of the store, and pricing was exceptionally reasonable.”
