“I had a lamp that was very sentimental to me and I couldn’t find anyone to help me fix it. So I stopped in to see if the FL Davis Ace Hardware might know someone. Frer greeted me and I explained the situation he immediately said he could help me and did just that and fixed it with parts I purchased! I was Wowed by the customer service! All the folks there are kind, friendly and so knowledgeable. In a world where we no longer get humans to check us out, answer customer service inquires everyone should consider shopping local!!!Thanks to Frer for you 5 star service it matters!!!”
“They sell the beefy Stihl push mowers, have a fair selection of rentals, variety of inventory, and I noticed their rod-iron garden stuff like little trelaces(?), tomato/vine creepers and birdfeed holders are beefier than big box.
They have free popcorn.

“Excellent experience at The Hardware Store. They’re about 45 minutes from my house, but they’ve earned my business going forward.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. They gave me a great walkthrough of my new mower after delivery, and one of the service techs even shared his experience with the engine on the model I was buying.

“A piece on the inside of our blinds broke and I had a difficult time finding a replacement part. Using ChatGPT to try to find an alternative piece, it directed me to Lisa's Louvers of NWA. Lisa was very polite and not only fixed our blinds immediately, but provided me with some valance clips to replace the old ones and patiently answered all my questions about anything I saw in their showroom. Lisa's Louvers of NWA is the reason why we have to take care of small business and spend our money locally!!

The second you walk in, everyone is friendly, helpful, and somehow already ready to carry whatever heavy thing you didn’t think through buying (looking at you, mulch). One of the guys didn’t even hesitate to load everything into my car—no awkward asking required.
Pam is an absolute gem. Sweet as can be and once casually had homemade cookies at the counter like it was no big deal. They’ll open the door for you, answer any question you call in with, and make you feel like you’re shopping in a small-town hardware store where everyone actually cares.
