Bethany in the Booneville AR store deserves to be in management. I came in for help with the NIGHTMARE that is Verizon. She was calm, helpful and friendly.
My issue is that I couldn't pay my bill because my online account was closed when I moved my phone service but kept my tablet on the account. Could not get in to online account, couldn't get the account number to set up a new one, and the people you speak with on the phone barely speak English and rocks are more intelligent. ALL I wanted to do is PAY my bill!
Bethany went through the back office systems, and found an English speaker who was at least able to take my monthly payment. The thing is, I want to pay off my tablet and close the account completely - and Verizon REFUSES to do so!!!!
Bethany is Russell Cellular, so not a main office, so there was little she could do to help, but she was still amazing.
I cannot WAIT to get rid if Verizon Wireless completely and never be involved in this nightmare ever again! If you have Verizon, I highly recommend you drop them. Their service is HIDEOUS since the laid off Americans and moved services overseas!

Customer Service was awful. We tried to buy 2 phones . Instead of doing one at a time they tried to hook them both up at the same time. Before he was finished with my husband and i he left to take care of someone else. He didn't come back to check to make sure everything was setup and working. We were told we were good to go. So we left. When we got home we realized that my number was on my husband's phone and his on mine. We called and told them what happened and all they could say was "just switch phones" as if it was no big deal. Then we tried to make calls and found out they didn't work. Because they didn't do a test call like they were supposed to do. I feel like after all were spent it shouldve gotten better Service. Ill never go back

Montana Fields at the Booneville store helped me get a new phone today (8-4-23) She was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She made everything easy and stress free. We had a great experience and hope to be able to work with her in the future.

I really enjoyed my time there I had a new phone and they took care of me so well and it didn't work right so I had to come back and it still didn't work right So they ended up getting me a brand new phone After that and changing my whole setup where that I would have my own phone I own it now and was with them for many hours and they were so nice and mainly the one persons that really helped me was in the Booneville store was Wesley Gomez and Lindsay Hannah and Casey Townsend. Mostly was with Wesley. They all are awesome.
