“I honestly love this store, one of the best clothing stores. I love the pro club t-shirts, the caltop flannel and polos, the dickies, and especially I love the Ben Davis pants, and I only wish it had the blue steel, and more khaki Ben davis pants, but overall the staff are friendly and can seem to find anything that youre looking for if they have it, would recomend anyone to come here.”

“This is a real nice Old Navy. There are tons of sales throughout the year, and they have a big variety of things to choose from compared to the other locations nearby. It's very stocked everytime we go in, kept clean, organized, and the workers are real friendly.”

“Not really a store for my style but the staff are friendly and know their store. They did have a lot of options though from pants to shirts to jackets and everything in between. I figure somebody under 30 would find something to their liking here easy”

“My wife loves this store, however, my wallet doesn't. Prices are a little high in my opinion, but quality of shirts has been great so I don't mind since I know the shirts will withstand constant wear. Would be nice to see some BOGO deals or email coupons or something like that. Otherwise, nice shirts with cool, funny sayings.”

“I buy my best jeans here. They have athletic slim fit or athletic taper jeans that have good stretch and are fitted to the leg. Especially great for those who are overweight and experience the feeling of your legs being swallowed by denim with normal jeans.”

“Love Gap...wish there was more selection here and the customer service could use some improvements. I have visited at least 3 times in Dec and not once was I asked if I needed assistance.”

“Great access both in the store part and in the fitting rooms for my wheelchair. Love my new pants that have no buttons, rivets, or snaps in the areas that contact my power wheelchair.... but has several pockets on the front legs that I can access. Bravo ? the disabled community needs more designs like this. I've already shared this with my Discord and youtube groups.”

“Amazing deals as always .... got pumas for $30 and Reeboks for $30OK update 11-2023Last night my husband and I were shopping at Burlington in Benton, Arkansas, for winter clothing for our children. One of our children is autistic, which always makes shopping difficult. He was obsessed with the workings and appearance of the snow globe. I told him multiple times, " It's OK to look, but you know if we touch it could be dangerous not only to us but also to store to whom it belongs." As soon as I turned my eye, he knocked it down and broke it in it. Most stores simply write it off and have no problem If an accidental break occurs. I have in my 38 years of life, Never, ever been asked to pay for an item that was accidentally broken, until today. So the lady who was helping us told us, " Don't worry, we do not need to pay for it", she went to the young, night shift manager who was absolutely convinced that we were going to pay the $16 for the snow globe that my autistic child accidentally broke. I felt like something was lacking in his education regarding autistic, specifically older autistic individuals. It was not the fact that I did not want to pay for a snow globe. It was the fact that this is a special needs child and it was accidental. So I went ahead and called today, which is a Tuesday morning, and asked to speak to the general manager. Which he said this was a mistake, and to come by and pick up my cash . I was thankful and grateful . It leaves me wondering how many more stores need to be educated in the working of disabled children, especially those who do not visibly "look disabled". I understand also that this is partially the parental fault. But when you have a child who is developmentally disabled who is an essential adult, It's easy totake your eyes off of him for 1 moment and for him to get back to that spot within seconds to that object that he has found fascinating, so shout out to the manager, Brian, that I dealt with today. He was amazing. He was very kind and he understood the situation. Obviously, he knows more about special needs. The people working less time, this is no slight to them. It's just the fact that maybe there is more training that needs to be involved, with ALL employees, no matter the lightest workload or seasonal workers. Thank you, Brian, thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your understanding, you made my day and not anything that has to do with $16. It has a lot more to do with the fact that the parent of a disabled child is a rough 365-day-a-year job. Not all disabilities look "different" until you see them act strangely. It's people like you who are making a difference for those who can't make those changes for themselves. It's people, like Brian, who are making a difference for our most precious, yet vulnerable community.”
