Hours: Burlington is a major discount retailer offering WOW deals on customers' favorite brands for the entire family and home at up to 60% off other retailers' prices every day. The store in Benton, AR includes clothing for ladies, men, kids and baby along with beauty, shoes, accessories, and home décor. Customers can find great deals on back-to-school and back-to-campus essentials, as well as on-trend fashion for ladies, plus, and men's. The home décor selection also features big deals on Halloween and more. While some customers have noted the store can be a bit disorganized at times due to the high volume of shoppers, the employees are generally described as very sweet and helpful. One customer had a positive first experience, with the manager providing excellent customer service by honoring a lower price and offering a discount. However, the Benton location seems to have some consistency issues, with one customer describing it as a "complete mess" compared to other Burlington stores they've visited. Another customer felt the associates were not doing enough to maintain the store's organization and cleanliness. Overall, Burlington appears to offer impressive savings and a wide selection of products for the whole family, but the shopping experience can vary depending on the specific location and timing of the visit.
