“I just wanted to compliment Christian, a sales associate at the Bass Pro Pkwy location. He is the friendliest, most helpful young man!Went shopping for school clothes with my son last week and he helped us. He was wonderful that day!Today, took my daughter school clothes shopping and the minute we walked in the store, he greeted us with a smile and "how can I help you today?" Before I could even answer, he said "you don't remember me, do you?" As he was walking towards us, I stated I did remember him from last week and he gave me a big hug because he said "we are like family."Christian just put the biggest smile on my face because of his true care and concern....don't find that much with customer service these days, unfortunately.We started browsing and he checked on us frequently, all while he was helping other customers.When we were checking out, he explained how he actually remembered us from last year when we were school clothes shopping then. Truly amazing, I absolutely remember him from last summer as well!I was so bummed to hear that he will be leaving; although excited to hear that he is going off to college! “You will never find another store that has YOUR SIZE. Jean Jacket has always had what I was looking for but most importantly, they have stock. Most stores don't have the stock to keep many sizes. They offer a wide variety of Kicks for the whole family. I also love the fashion, clothes, professional and courteous service they always provide. If they don't have it, they will get it. “I liked this store it was convenient location for me while i was looking for a outfit needing to get my manicure eye brows arched pick up a few miscellaneous items from the hair store a few snacks from the store getting some gas for my car oh and paying my phone bill all while needeing some shoes for a night out on the town with my husband. I only had 2 hours before our date started. So to walk in the door and spot my shoes just to discover they didn't have my size was disappointing lol but if they had my size would have been EVERYTHING! Very convenient location like a one STOP parking lot... Staff was helpful kinda of bland but overall they was their ;)”

I went into store and the wonderful salesman Allen walked out to my car with me so my husband could try them on . And needless to say I purchased a pair of the tennis shoes. Allen was very helpful and nice”

“I did not have an issue, my sister did. The one in Little Rock on Otter Creek gave her a hard time returning a shoe an day manager had approved for return. She went back later that evening to pick up the correct shoe and was given a hard time.I called another location, explained my sisters situation, and she said she could come right on in and exchange the shoe. She did not have the shoe for weeks. She literally purchased the she the day before and only wanted to exchange for a bigger size.Thank you to the other location!!”

Here's a hint, look at their website if you're not in a hurry, you might save. The staff and cashier were really professional and friendly, not in your face pushy sales type, but knowledgeable if we wanted information. Store and bathroom were clean, bright and well organized.”
