“Candy at the Pike Metro store was so wonderful. Before I went to the store I was so frustrated and depressed, because I couldn't get into my old phone to get my photos. I tried everything and still could not get in it. When I went to the store I talk to Candy and told her what was going on, she said she would try to help, but she wasn't sure if she could do it. She did it she got into my phone and I got my photos back. She's a miracle worker to me! I can't thank her enough!? I have been with Metro for a very long time and I always go to the same store. All the people at the store are really friendly and always very helpful. If you like good service then this is the store to go to.”

“Went in with a billing problem. Krystal helped me with customer service as I am hearing impaired and have trouble even with my hearing aids in. I was very pleased with her help and patience. I hope to be able to come back around the 13th or 14th of September to upgrade and possibly buy an Android pad. I highly recommend her and anyone she trains to give great servoce. “We went on Black Friday and the staff we're attentive and helping people while they waited in line by pulling items/games before they got to the register. Even though they were busy, the cashier took a moment to show his customers grandson how he was checking to make sure the money had received was real. They were quick, but weren't rushing us through the line and had no problem answering questions.”

“Bought a used washer from here. Got it delivered but it wouldn't spin. Anyway when I got it, they told me it was only a few days of warranty. After I got the washer and it wouldn't work. They gave me a full refund. I was shocked. Expected a hassle but no they were wonderful. Stood behind their word a rare find these days.”

“Recently my wife's phone wouldn't respond to people with iPhone after talking to a Verizon technician 4 different times at an hour and a half each time with no results we went to the Verizon store on central where the manager Michael and another employee Sandra went about and beyond to fix the problem. Sandra was awesome as well as Michael stepped in and fixed the problem which was a technical problem with Verizon. If you need to talk to someone those two are the best. Thank you Michael and Sandra for going over the top for the customer!”
