Sometimes it next to impossible to get anyone to respond in the appliances department. Unlike Home Depot where there seems to always be someone available.

I couldn't find what I needed b/c of the store being organized in a way that didn't match the isle and bay listed on App. I went on to Russellville and everything matched and was ready to find. I was in and out in a jiffy.

Chuck, the manager, is very kind and helpful. He did beyond and above duty to help us order a dishwasher to be delivered to San Diego CA. The store is clean and in good order. Thank you Lowe·s.
