“Well I was trying to find someone to help me get down a toolbox on the top shelf but I couldn't reach it so I went up front to ask for help they called over the intercom for help in tools but no one showed up and they also had merchandise piled in front of the shelf where I needed to get the toolbox finally someone was walking by so I had to ask them to help me and he literally had to step on merchandise to get it down I even tried to help him move the merchandise out of his way but it was a lot to move so he just did the best he could to get it down”
