“Update 92/22/23Major outage today effecting thousands of customers I stopped at my AT&T store and talked with Chris. Excellent customer service from him and he also explained about the outage. Great customer service *****Outstanding service is why I have been a AT&T customer for 30+ years. I went in today and we bought a IPhone 13 and a Samsung A52. IPhone replaces a IPhone XR and A52 replaces a S9. We were met by Richard and he was a tremendous help and answered all of our questions. He made great suggestions and we placed our order with him in the store. Also met Dominique (mgr) and he thanked us for our business. I have used this store for over 7 years and have always been very pleased. I definitely recommend AT&T and the Alcoa store. Ask for Richard.”
